Anna Sui
In an homage to Anna Sui’s 60’s inspired Autumn/ Winter 2019 collection, I was tasked with exploring the early 60s punk, counter-cultural references Ms. Sui explored on her runway. With photographer, Sam Lee, we dove into Manhattan, camera in hand, exploring the streets, cocktail bars, and early spring sunlight.
Ms. Sui christened her show “Poptimism,” and that's exactly what I hoped to invoke with these photos, but also bring into light the sensual and sex positive vibe of the show. A little bit Liz Taylor, a little bit Anna Karina, model Siobhan exudes a unique theatrical character in these garments, giving great personality to an already rich palette of garments.

Vulkan Magazine
In a world slowly coming back from a global pandemic, the conversation for fashion immediately focused on the idea of “Dress Code.” For a spread in Vulkan Magazine that ultimately was published under the same title, I was tasked with exploring menswear trends and capturing what men were wearing to “go back to work.”
While suits have for years been fading as the go-to attire for professionals, there was an interesting note in menswear collections re-establishing suit-like ensembles from the labels such as, Craig Green, Alyx, and Fear of God. I hoped to explore the desire to dress for others as we started to occupy offices and desks again while still being comfortable. I was excited to go about the Financial District and Downtown Brooklyn with photographer Scott Bradley, to create this observational spread on dressing in a new world order.
